What is your profession? Stay at Home Mom for now
What were your thoughts after your first CrossFit workout? Being involved in sports all of my life, it was nice having a coach, having a planned workout regimen, having the support of teammates. It mostly felt like I had just walked out of a practice session.
What are your short term and long-term CrossFit goals? My short term goals are to get back in shape. My long term goals are to get leaner, stronger, and more powerful
What are some of your greatest achievements inside the gym? Proud to say I deadlifted more than my actual weight of 145. I have completed my WODs in a timely manner.
How has CrossFit affected your life outside the Gym? It has boosted my confidence in myself. After being pregnant, a first time mom, and not having a scheduled workout regimen, I have noticed changes in my physical appearance as well as the mental aspects. I carry myself a little more confidently.
What advice would you give to a newbie just joining CrossFit Stimulus? Try it out….it is a great opportunity to have great coaching staff, an already planned workout, and support from a great community
Your favorite cheat meal is? Anything pasta 🙂
A fun fact about me is? I am 36 years old (most think I am in my 20s), I’ve played soccer all of my life, and still play
