hampton-univCrossFit Stimulus provides strength & conditioning programs specific to the needs of college athletes both on an individual and on a Team basis.  Programming is tailored to the sport and each individual athlete with a goal of increasing strength, stamina, flexibility, endurance, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, accuracy, and confidence.  The goal is to provide a fun, team building environment  while also providing individualized coaching and support so each athlete can excel in the areas they need the most improvement.
