A. Push Press: This is our 4th and final week of our second Wendler cycle for Push Press. This is a Deload week, in preparation for next week.  It is meant to be light.  Focus on form and trust the process.  Before we start our next cycle of Push Press, we will be retesting your 1RM Push Press.  Today, please use the same number that you have been using for the past 3 weeks (5 pounds more than your Push Press 1RM) and use 90% of that number to calculate your percentages.

2-3 Warm up sets, focusing on form
Set 1: 40% x 5 reps
Set 2: 50% x 5 reps
Set 3: 60% x 5 reps

B. 5 Rounds:
5 Thrusters (135/95)(115/85)(105/75)
10 C2B Pull-Ups/Pull-ups/Jumping C2B/Ring Rows
