CrossFit Conditioning is a high energy workout designed for fat loss, muscle tone and full body strength and conditioning. This entry level class is more challenging and complete than your average “bootcamp” class, but less complex than a typical CrossFit WOD.
The primary focus is improving functional movement, strength and endurance through specialized programming using rowing, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, sleds, tires, bodyweight movements, etc.
This class meets six times per weeks and will produce REAL RESULTS, FAST! No need to get in shape first, start from where you are in this non-intimidating, fun and very motivating class! This class can be done along with or in place of regular CrossFit WODs and is a great building block to great form and movement in CrossFit Workouts.
