Map yourself a course (http://www.usatf.org/routes/map/) and get after it.  There will be running this cycle, and we will re-test.  Where ever you run this 5k, you will want to run the same path when you retest.  You can run 6, 800s plus a little extra at Stimulus if you would like or map a route and take it some where else.

Rest 30 seconds
Max alternating pistols in 1 minute
Rest 30 seconds
Max HSPU in 1 minute
Set your clock to four minutes, use the 30 seconds of “rest” to transition from movement to movement.
