This WOD is in honor of Former U.S. Navy SEAL Glen Doherty, 42, of Winchester, Massachusetts.  He was assigned to a State Department security detail in Benghazi, Libya, and died in an attack on a U.S. consulate on September 11, 2012. He is survived by his parents, Ben and Barbara, sister Katie, and brother Greg.

**Last time we did this workout, on Saturday, July 16th, 2016, we did it as a partner WOD.  Today, you will have a choice.  It is your choice to do it as a partner WOD or by yourself.  If done as a partner WOD, BOTH partners must complete 30 clean and jerks each, and then they can split the remaining work, 1 works while 1 rests.  You can also choose to do a 1/2 Glen by yourself.
