9:30-10:30 New Class! GOAT Training. A GOAT is a movement in CrossFit that you have difficulty with or would like to learn or improve upon–This is a great opportunity to spend an hour working on your weaknesses with the help of our amazing Coaches! This is not the same as Open Gym as this is a Coached class! Remember: It is difficult to conquer your weaknesses in the regular daily WODs ONLY; you must train your weaknesses every single week to improve.

10:30-11:30 New Class! All Levels Conditioning Class. CrossFit Conditioning is a fun, high energy, full body, strength and conditioning workout, for all levels of athletes! The primary focus is improving functional movement, strength and endurance through specialized programming using rowing, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, prowlers, sleds, tires, bodyweight movements, etc.
