A. Handstand or Plank Hold
0:40 Hold, 0:20 Rest x 5 sets
Both Plank and Handstand should be active and you should have a hollow body for the duration of the hold…Pointed toes, tight abs, tight glutes!
B. 2 Mile Run for Time

Max V ups in 30 seconds (or Max Leg Raises)
