2. Buy In: Run 800m (1/2 mile)
5 Rounds of:
10 Burpee Pushups (Full Pushup with the burpee)
20 Air Squats
Cash Out: Run 800m (1/2 mile)

*If you can’t run just do the 5 rounds! =)

3. EMOM14
Min 1: 10 Hand release pushups + 5-10 Air Squats
Min 2: 16 Lunges (8 e/leg)

20 Supermans
20 Hollow Rocks (with good form!)
