24 Double Unders**
10 Pull-ups or Ring Rows

Rest 5 minutes and REPEAT 5 min AMRAP!

*Power Cleans will be modified for those new to CrossFit

**Double Unders can be modified to half the amount of reps, lateral bar hops, or singles for beginners
