The Daily WOD or “Workout Of The Day” is the meat and potatoes of CrossFit. These classes run from 5:45am until 7:30pm and provide everything you need to achieve any and every fitness goal. Each class is one hour and is lead by a Certified CrossFit Coach and an Assistant Coach. The class consists of a warm-up, mobility work, strength & skill work, and typically finishes with a 7-15 minute high intensity workout. Workouts are scaled to each individual athlete’s ability and skill level. *The 30-Day Jump Start is the fundamentals program required and necessary to prepare you for the daily WODs.

Sharpen your axe with Barbell skills & drills! This class is for athletes of all levels and will focus on optimizing technique and efficiency with barbell movements. Through skills, drills and building supporting strength through accessory exercises, this class is an excellent complement to the regular WODs and helps sharpen skills for Olympic lifts.
Did you know that 76% of CrossFit Benchmark workouts have a gymnastics movement in it? Did you know that improving your CrossFit gymnastics skills will also greatly improve your lifts? This class focuses on gymnastics strength with a focus on perfecting strict movement first and building into kipping for increased speed and efficiency. Movements will include core and hollow body work, pushups, handstand work, pull-up progressions, dips, paralette work, toes to bar, and much more. Each class will conclude with a short workout, not for time, but designed to reinforce skills learned in class or improve strength to kick ass at gymnastics!
This class should be a priority for any athlete with limited mobility and athletes participating in 4 or more WODs weekly. Mobility WOD is a class designed to improve functional movement, resolve pain, prevent injury, and optimize athletic performance. Mobility WOD classes will teach you invaluable tools to perform basic maintenance on yourself AND PREVENT INJURY.
Yoga For Mobility is an all-levels yoga class specifically designed to stretch, restore, and mobilize muscles, ligaments and joints in order to increase athletic performance in CrossFit. Each session focuses on opening and mobilizing areas that are regularly used in a CrossFit routine, such as: shoulders, hips, ankles, the t-spine, wrists, hamstrings and more. This class is taught in the Vinyasa style of yoga, linking poses fluidly with breath and music to keep you engaged.
