With the CrossFit “open” season right around the corner, all gymnastics classes in February will be focusing on movements that may show up in the open workouts.
Week of February 2nd: Chest to bar pull-ups and Burpees
Week of February 9th: Muscle-ups/(Pull-ups for those who aren’t ready for MUPS) and Double Unders
Week of February 16th: Toes to bar and HSPU
