BARBELL CLUB

A. Emom x 6 5 TnG Deadlift (5-10# heavier than last week)

B. 10 Sets, 1 Snatch (80-90%) every 1:30

C. Back Squat 3 x 1 (80-90%) 4 x 1 (90-95%)
