A. 15-20 minutes to find a Heavy 1 rep Clean and Jerk

B. EMOM10
Min 1: 5 Back Squat
Min 2: 5-10 HSPU

Back Squat weight should be doable for all 10 minutes.
HSPU should be strict when possible.  No negatives and only kip if you can already do strict HSPU.  DB Strict Press can be used in place of HSPU.
